L-Serie Side Unit / Cupboard / Cabitnet from Pastoe

I Just came accross this Side Unit / Cupboard / Cabitnet called the L-Serie from a dutch brand called Pastoe.

Sadly the site has no information about the product (that I can find) but some amazing picture if this side unit.

A bit about Pastoe "Simplicity, timelessness, quality and craftsmanship have all been at the centre of Pastoe's philosophy for more than ninety years now. Since we were founded in 1913, we have been making progressive contemporary furniture that pays due attention to tradition and craftsmanship. And that applies as much to our cabinet systems and seating as to our tables."

See the L-serie here: http://www.pastoe.com/en/9-collection/7-cupboards/9-l-serie/150-lj18-styling

Checkout the entire range here: http://www.pastoe.com

More to come from Pastoe as I really like this stuff!!

Stone Sofa Neo Livingstones by Smarin

Just came across these today..

Its a great idea of a stone which is a sofa?

You may ask why but these sofas chair foot stools are great. You can fill a living space or outdoor space with what looks like large stones but are soft sofas. I'd love to see them for real. The photos look amazing on the Smarin site and these sofas really do look like stones. I'm sure to blog again about Smarin is the design ideas are great..

The Edra Flap Sofa.

You almost don't need to write anything about the Edra Flap sofa. The pictures say it all!

Such a iconic sofa and one of the most famous design from Edra.

I've seen the baby pink version and I'm not a pro pink person but some how it works even the baby blue works but the black or the white version show off what this sofa is really about as pictured.

Design by Francesco Binfare for Edra the Flap is of course called the Flap due to the adjustable head/back rests and seats. My votes goes to the white version but that may just be just to the my minimalist nature.

Barstool from a bike?

As this blog is new I can't not mention the bike furniture.
I love the idea.. Classic.. The site contains loads of great looking modern furniture made from bike parts..

Its a great site to check out for ideas. Classic shapes and uses, simple yet modern and contemporary.

Funky Tio chair.

Consciousdesign offer this classically design chair but with a difference.

Its nothing new a chair with changable covers but the covers of this chair are some of the funkist I've seen. Add the classic design to the colourful covers and you can create and great look for many rooms in the home or even an office..

For more information check out the site which shows many of the covers:
